Sherrill

As one of our Scheduling Coordinators, I help to make our patients’ appointments. I also put together meetings for our doctor and schedule local school field trips to help educate the youth in our community on the importance of having a healthy smile. I want all our patients and their families to feel as comfortable as possible when they’re in our office, and I am available to answer any questions they have. Our team has worked together for a very long time, and not only do we consider our office to be like a family, but we consider our patients to be a part of that family as well. My husband, Dan, and I have four children and have been blessed with 11 grandchildren. In my free time I enjoy reading and scrap-booking.

Gayle

I love working as one of our Scheduling Coordinators at this office. I greet patients as they come in the door, manage their recall schedule, and help them coordinate their appointments. Our patients are so important to us, and our entire team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels special. It is my goal to make our patients’ orthodontic experience great! Doug, my husband, and I have four children and nine wonderful grandchildren. I spend the majority of my free time with them, but I also like to make time for crafts.

Karen

As Dr. Bills’ Insurance and Benefits Coordinator, I help to put together financial contracts, schedule appointments, and coordinate our patients’ insurance benefits. I have always enjoyed meeting new people, so working here is great! Every day I meet new friends. There is nothing that brightens my day more than seeing a patient who has just gotten their braces off leave our practice with a beaming smile. My husband, Craig, and I have four children, 13 grandchildren, and a dog. I enjoy going to Lake Powell with my family and also watching my grandkids’ football and soccer games in my free time.

Carrie

I work for Dr. Bills as his Financial Coordinator. I can be found at the front desk answering phones, taking payments, and scheduling appointments. The front desk is usually the first place our patients visit when they come here, so I make sure to have a friendly smile to welcome them. I love working with people, especially kids, and the rest of our team is great, too. Many of us have been here for over 15 years so we’re like each other’s second family. My husband’s name is Darrin and we have three children and a dog named Abby. When I’m not spending time with my family I enjoy boating, camping, and gardening.

Aubrey

I am a Chairside Assistant for Dr. Bills, assisting him with patient care, as well as doing lab work and taking any needed X-rays and records. I am a fun, friendly person and I love getting to know all the people that come into our office to improve their smile. Working here is like working with a big group of friends and we all love to laugh a lot. Outside the office, I am the secretary of a non-profit organization, Afflicted War Heroes, which helps assist our wounded soldiers coming home from overseas. I also enjoy water skiing and boating on Lake Powell, camping, and spending time with my family and my Golden Retriever Riley.

Jerilyn

I have worked as a Chairside Assistant for Dr. Bills for the past 28 years. In that time I have been an assistant at this office and have fabricated all the retainers and appliances our patients need to improve their smiles. Everyone I work with is great, and we all have the same goal of giving our patients the best smile possible. Dr. Bills is young, full of energy, and is a really wonderful leader. I have two children, Aubrey and Jeron, as well as a cat named Paisley. I love sports, especially BYU, and watching my kids’ activities.

Pam

As one of Dr. Bills’ Chairside Assistants, I enjoy meeting and getting to know our patients and their families, and always try to remember the little details about people that make them so unique. I love working with my orthodontic family and the relationships we’ve built with each other in the time I’ve been here. It is so much fun to be around everyone here, and we love to see you smile! My husband, Bob and I have four children. We love going boating and spending time with our kids and our grandson.

Kristina

I work as a Chairside Assistant for Dr. Bills and love getting to know our patients and their families during their orthodontic experience. We build such meaningful relationships with them and they truly become our friends. It is awesome to see our young patients grow up with beautiful smiles. We really are a family here! I am married to my husband, Dean, and we have three children and a dog named Lily. I enjoy running, camping, four-wheeling, and Zumba. I am also the President of the Police Auxiliary in West Jordan.

Mignon

As a Chairside Assistant for Dr. Bills, I love to chat with our patients, get to know them better, and ultimately earn their trust and friendship during their time in our office. Our team has worked together for such a long time and we’re a very efficient team. We do know how to have a really good time too, though! My husband, Wayne, and I have three children and three grandchildren. We like to spend time outside camping, water skiing, and snow skiing.

Kay

I am one of our Chairside Assistants and have worked for Dr. Bills for over 20 years. In that time, I have met some really amazing people. Our patients are so interesting and I love to find out all about their school, work, and family activities. At this office, we have a lot of history together, so it’s really like a big, supportive family. My husband’s name is Bryan and we have two children and five grandchildren. I enjoy walking, traveling, and reading when I have free time.

Cathy

As a Chairside Technician for Dr. Bills, I enjoy working with our patients and making their experience in braces the best it can be. It is so much fun to watch our younger patients grow up right in front of our eyes and see their confidence improve as their smiles change. Dr. Bills is a fun, exciting doctor to work with. He’s so hip! Outside the office, I spend most of my free time with supporting my son, Angel, in budding soocer career. I also enjoy biking, reading, swimming, and painting ceramics.

Risa

I am a Chairside Assistant, helping Dr. Bills with many of our patients’ clinical procedures and try to make our patients’ experience in our office as comfortable and fun as possible. Our patients all have something interesting to share and I always take the time to learn something from everyone I meet. Seeing our patients’ smiles transform is the very best part of working here. My house is a full one with my husband, our children, and our dog, and we also have three horses and over 20 chickens. I enjoy any kind of crafting, camping, and running my girls to all their activities.

Megan

I work on our team as a Chairside Assistant for Dr. Bills. I feel so fortunate to work with such a dedicated staff, all who are committed to our patients’ health and happiness. Each one of our patients is different and I think it’s a lot of fun to get to know all about their hobbies and activities. My husband, Jared, and I have two children, Jarom and Jordan, and a Boston terrier named Baxter. In my free time I enjoy making jewelry, sewing, running, and listening to music. I was a dance teacher for 15 years and am a nail tech educator.
